Great for a “flea market” flip! Table has a sanded spot as well as lots of scratches, dings, and discoloration that can be repaired. Needs to be completely sanded and refinished. The fabric on the chairs  shows rips/tears and needs to be replaced. One of the chairs has a loose leg but it can be tightened, we just don’t have the right tool. The table has planked wood in the top with metal rivets around the table skirting. Traditional and sturdy craftsmanship makes this an excellent project table. Designed to seat up to four people, this dining table is crafted of solid wood and comes with two chairs.
