Some of the links in the posts are Amazon links. We have not accepted monetary compensation from individual advertisers for their products to appear on our Web site. We are a Resale Surplus store and make income from sales of our products and will, on occasion, provide links to them, as well as other products available on Amazon. On purchases made through our Amazon links, and other online affiliates; we receive a small commission. No commissions have been earned to date.

We operate under a Proprietary Software License. Proprietary software remains the property of its owner/creator Superstar Universe, LLC, and is used by end-users/organizations under predefined conditions. Superstar Universe, LLC has granted, with acceptance of the source code license agreement to be used as permitted. Licensor (Superstar Universe, LLC) is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Software. The Website shall remain the intellectual property of the Superstar Universe, LLC at all times. Licensee (User) will not make copies of the Website or allow copies of the Website to be made by others, unless authorized by Superstar Universe, LLC. Unless prior written consent has been obtained from Superstar Universe, LLC, the following shall not be allowed:
- The distribution of any source codes, header files, make files, or libraries of the Website.
- The Website should not be merged, compiled, or copied unless expressed by Superstar Universe, LLC.
- Alteration or removal of any notices in or on the Website or within the documentation included within the Website.
- Any distribution of the software by the Licensee that is not conducted with approval from Superstar Universe, LLC.
- Disclosure of any source codes pertaining to the Website to any additional parties not included in this agreement.
- The User shall not disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any object code contained within the Website.
Under no circumstances will either party or their representatives be liable to each other for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including but not limited to lost or damaged data, revenue loss, economic loss, or commercial loss arising out of a breach of any terms and conditions set forth in this source code license agreement. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of if the alleged breach is a fundamental breach or fundamental term. This License is governed by the law of Michigan applicable to Michigan contracts.
